La Barra d'en Regue is a gastrobar with a fusion cuisine, creative, traditional and Mediterranean cuisine.
Of all that can be sampled are the ravioli of beef with truffle and mushrooms, artichokes with cod, cod and scallop, artichokes, Wagyu calluses, Galician empanada and octopus "a feira".
The raw materials you work with are highly selected, such as the Txuleton (1kg. Approx.) with seven weeks of healing, and the variety of seafood that can be found, such as oyster tempera, "Ondarreta" angler, lobster with fried eggs or squid of Jaén.
The establishment pays special attention to the wines, with a letter of 100 references that vary depending on the season and market developments. You can also find a careful selection of cheeses (between 12 and 14 types) and good acorn hams.
The decoration of the establishment (by Jordi Vayreda) gives a warm, attractive and personal atmosphere.
